Job Summary
The Lighting Project Manager serves as the main liaison for clients, managing the complete lifecycle of projects from the point of order commitment to the final delivery. This role involves coordinating efforts among technical staff, negotiating with manufacturers, and ensuring adherence to project timeframes and documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the coordination of technical personnel to ensure project goals are met.
- Negotiate with manufacturers to secure necessary resources and agreements.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure that documentation requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage project accounting and monitor financial aspects of the projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proven track record of handling responsibilities with a high level of accountability.
