Prepare, review, and manage compliant closing packages for loans and grants, including SBA 7(a) loans, and coordinate signatures, legal documents, collateral filings, and funding readiness. Maintain accurate CRM records, track post-closing requirements, and support clients and lending teams while ensuring adherence to program, legal, and regulatory guidelines. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience with title liens and UCC filings and two years ordering and reviewing real estate title searches. Preferred qualifications include lending or grant documentation review experience and English-Spanish bilingual proficiency; strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, integrity, and deadline management are also expected.
