Job Summary
The Loan Officer plays a crucial role in formulating strategies that fulfill customers’ mortgage requirements and serves as the key link between clients and various internal teams. This position entails the verification and organization of mortgage application information while guiding clients through the array of home loan alternatives available to them.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to address customer mortgage needs.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and internal departments.
- Verify and compile data related to mortgage applications.
- Advise clients on various home loan options.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current and valid NMLS license.
- Have two to five years of relevant industry experience.
- Must fulfill specific production or training benchmarks, such as funding more than two loans monthly or completing Xinnix training.
