Job description
**Job Title: Loan Officer**
The Loan Officer is responsible for overseeing a range of loan and deposit accounts, actively seeking new client opportunities, and promoting additional banking products and services. Key responsibilities include conducting applicant interviews, assessing credit qualifications, and tracking the repayment of loans. A college degree is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of experience in lending. Applicants should have a solid understanding of agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending practices, accompanied by excellent communication and analytical abilities.
