Job Summary
The Loan Operations Analyst is responsible for assessing and refining loan operations processes to boost efficiency, uniformity, and scalability within the organization. This role also involves assisting with compliance, audit readiness, and the execution of system implementation projects, in collaboration with multiple internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Enhance loan operations processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistency and scalability across all loan processes.
- Support compliance and prepare for audits.
- Assist in the implementation of system projects.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent education.
- At least 3 years of experience in loan operations or financial services, or 5 years of directly related experience.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in banking technology and reporting tools.
