**Licensed Practical Nurse**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in delivering hands-on patient care, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring adherence to facility protocols and doctor’s directives. Additionally, they are responsible for coordinating daily unit operations, keeping precise patient documentation, and stepping into the Director of Nursing role when needed. Applicants should have a nursing degree from an accredited school and must maintain an active RN license in the state. This position demands excellent clinical expertise along with the capability to lead nursing personnel within a long-term care environment.
