Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide education to patients and their families regarding health-related concerns, as well as administer medications and manage wound care. This role includes monitoring vital signs, keeping accurate records of patient conditions, and ensuring the upkeep of medical equipment. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in Wisconsin along with current tuberculosis certification. Additionally, reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual work ethic are essential.
