The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide essential support to physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) through various clinical responsibilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient patient care and service delivery within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and APPs by conducting clinical tasks, including drawing blood and administering medications.
- Help in the examination process of patients.
- Room patients effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Educate patients on their health conditions and care procedures to promote understanding and compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses.
- A valid and current LPN license is required.
- Certification in CPR/BLS is mandatory.
