The LPN/LVN will monitor resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans and document responses. They are also responsible for administering medications and maintaining the security and cleanliness of the medicine supply room. Candidates must hold a valid LPN or LVN license as required by state regulations. The role requires the ability to maintain a supportive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.
