The Lead LPN Outpatient is responsible for orchestrating clinical operations, directing patient movement, and supervising the schedules of clinical personnel, all under the guidance of the Site Manager. This role includes acting as a bridge between management and the clinical team while upholding safety regulations and clinical protocols. Applicants should have completed their training at an accredited practical nursing program and possess a valid LPN license. Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of experience in a physician’s office environment and hold AHA BLS-HCP certification.
