Job Summary
The LPN/RN plays a crucial role in providing healthcare by administering medications to residents and ensuring that precise medical records are kept. Additionally, they support residents in their daily activities and oversee their overall health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records for all residents.
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
- Monitor the health and safety of residents to ensure their well-being.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Nurse in Illinois.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred one year of experience in a healthcare setting, although a training program is available.
