Job Summary
The LPN / Telehealth Nursing position involves providing nursing care and support through telehealth platforms. The role is essential in delivering efficient and effective patient care remotely, ensuring that patients receive guidance and assistance in managing their health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth consultations, assessing patients’ health needs.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their treatment plans.

Qualifications
