Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver virtual nursing services, evaluate patient requirements according to clinical guidelines, and handle medication refills. Additionally, they will act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that electronic medical records are kept up-to-date. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have completed a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program. An active, valid Georgia LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.
