**Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a crucial role in providing direct nursing care and supporting the planning and implementation of nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position involves executing technical skills, conducting patient interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure favorable patient outcomes. Candidates should have at least one year of experience as an LVN in an acute, outpatient, or hospice environment, or have successfully completed a New Graduate LVN program. A valid California Vocational Nurse License is required, along with Basic Life Support certification, and I.V. certification must be obtained within three months of employment.
