The nurse will deliver personalized, one-on-one medical care to children in their homes, following an established care plan. Duties encompass performing patient evaluations, giving medications and therapies, and instructing family members on health care practices. Applicants should possess a current RN or LPN/LVN license. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be offered for this position.
