Job description
The nurse will deliver individualized, hands-on medical support to children in their home environments, following a detailed care plan. Key duties include performing patient evaluations, providing medications and treatments, and instructing family members on care practices. Applicants are required to possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be offered for this position.
