Job description
**Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse**
Deliver personalized, individual medical care and treatment to pediatric patients in their home environments, following plans approved by their physicians. Perform continuous assessments of patients, dispense medications, and provide education to family members to promote favorable health outcomes. Applicants must possess a current RN or LPN/LVN license valid in the state. The position necessitates the capability to administer care within a client’s residence while maintaining effective communication with their families.
