Job Summary
The role involves the operation, setup, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery while ensuring that product quality meets industry standards and that safety protocols are strictly followed. The individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing raw material inventory, and adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) in their designated work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up manufacturing machinery efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with machinery during the production process.
- Ensure product quality meets established standards and specifications.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes and materials.
- Manage raw materials effectively to support manufacturing operations.
- Uphold good manufacturing practices (GMP) in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operating machinery is preferred.
- Familiarity with various hand tools is required.
- Ability to perform basic math functions for measurement and calculations.
- Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
