Job description
**Machine Operator**
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in operating manufacturing machinery to guarantee that products align with quality specifications and comply with blueprints and work orders. This position also requires the operator to identify and resolve machine malfunctions while maintaining smooth production processes in the facility. Candidates should be proficient in reading measuring instruments and blueprints and must have the physical capability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 lbs. A positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are vital for success in this role.
