They must monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and adhere strictly to safety protocols including LOTO. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and proven experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documents, and the physical capability to handle heavy equipment and manual tasks.
