The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in configuring, operating, and overseeing food processing and packaging machinery to achieve production targets. This position involves conducting quality assessments, upholding sanitation protocols, and fulfilling required production paperwork. Ideal candidates will have a good mechanical understanding and a keen eye for detail, along with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cold storage setting. Although prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, the company is open to training individuals who show enthusiasm for learning.
