Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the operation of machinery and ensuring the production of essential products that support daily living. This position is based onsite in Highgate Springs, Vermont, and is integral to maintaining efficiency and quality in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the operation of machinery used to produce products.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper usage of equipment.
- Interpret and utilize electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals.
- Oversee standard maintenance practices and management of maintenance tools.
- Operate forklifts for various logistics and supply chain tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, including schematics and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety standards pertaining to machinery.
- Skills in operating forklifts and other relevant equipment.
