**Job Title: Machine Operator**
The machine operator plays a crucial role in overseeing production lines, managing raw materials, and maintaining product quality by operating equipment effectively. Key responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, addressing minor mechanical issues, and ensuring a clean and safe workplace. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physically strenuous tasks, such as lifting weights of up to 45 pounds and remaining on their feet for extended durations. Although there is no formal educational requirement, prior experience with high-speed production lines, mechanical troubleshooting, and familiarity with manufacturing software is highly desirable.
