The machine operator will set up and operate adhesive coating equipment to apply materials to paper, film, and foil. They are also responsible for monitoring production quality, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined with a focus on safety. While manufacturing experience is preferred, the role is open to those eager to learn and comfortable using basic computer systems.
