Job Summary
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in configuring and managing CNC machines, lathes, and milling machinery to manufacture components that meet precise specifications. This position demands a keen eye for detail and the capability to monitor and adjust machinery according to required standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
- Produce parts that adhere to specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Make necessary adjustments to machines for optimal performance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and manage tooling properly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience working with CNC machinery.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Adequate ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and machine drawings.
