Job Summary
The Machinist is tasked with the operation of precision CNC machinery to fabricate superior medical device components, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards and specifications. This role also encompasses the execution of routine maintenance on machinery, performing quality assurance inspections, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery to manufacture medical device components according to detailed specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections on products to confirm they meet required standards.
- Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements concerning medical device production.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a machinist role, specifically in the medical device sector is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments is essential.
