**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant**
The Maintenance Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the facility’s environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and comfortable for all residents. This position involves the operation, repair, and upkeep of essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance of mechanical systems. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and have a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.
