Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager will take charge of the maintenance team, ensuring the effective repair of machinery and overseeing preventive maintenance initiatives to uphold operational efficiency. This role also involves managing the department budget, conducting staff training, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage the budgeting process for the maintenance department.
- Provide training and development for maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years in maintenance supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment with high noise levels.
