Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team to maintain the reliability and operational efficiency of power generation facilities at Starbase. This role involves formulating maintenance strategies, overseeing significant outages, and leading investigations to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for power generation assets.
- Manage and coordinate major outages to ensure minimal disruption and efficient repairs.
- Lead thorough root cause analyses for equipment malfunctions to prevent future issues.
- Ensure the maintenance team’s adherence to safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in power plant maintenance or in the reliability of rotating equipment.
- Demonstrated strong technical leadership capabilities.
- Ability to effectively operate in an industrial setting.
