**Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician**
Responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and addressing urgent issues related to building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role also involves providing guidance and support to junior personnel while ensuring precise record-keeping of work orders and equipment inventory. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of related maintenance experience. Proficiency in at least one trade is essential, and a valid driver’s license is required.
