Job description
**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing maintenance activities, which encompass supervising and executing repairs, managing contracts with vendors, and overseeing the unit turnover process. Additionally, the role includes staff training, budget oversight, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in property maintenance and between 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, along with advanced skills in multiple technical trades and a valid driver’s license.
