**Job Title: Store Team Leader**
Guides and cultivates store teams through instruction, mentoring, and constructive feedback to promote exceptional customer service and operational success. Enhances financial outcomes by overseeing budget management, inventory control, and sales targets while ensuring adherence to company policies. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of college education, or alternatively, 1 year of retail experience combined with 1 year in a supervisory role, or 2 years of general work experience alongside 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Applicants must successfully complete required training sessions and pass background checks.
