**Homeschool IT Support Specialist**
The Homeschool IT Support Specialist is tasked with offering initial technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related concerns to staff, students, and their families. This position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of student Chromebooks, managing inventory, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all support incidents. Applicants should possess a high school diploma with substantial coursework in IT, although an associate degree in IT or a compatible field is desirable. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in IT support, a solid understanding of desktop operating systems, and familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
