Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator**
Oversee the upkeep and repair of manufacturing equipment to reduce downtime, while supervising departmental staff and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring utility readings, and coordinating contract work, all while implementing cost-efficient preventive maintenance strategies. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of four years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate robust supervisory abilities and possess technical expertise in areas such as electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
