Job description
**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for leading the maintenance team and supervising all technical and mechanical functions to uphold property safety and functionality standards. This role involves managing work orders, overseeing inventory, formulating maintenance budgets, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a technical degree, and have 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Important certifications required include EPA Type I and II or Universal, along with a valid Certified Pool Operator certificate.
