Job description
The Assistant Manager II plays a crucial role in managing the store’s daily operations, which encompass inventory oversight, merchandising strategies, and loss prevention efforts. This position also involves aiding the Store Manager in the training and development of team members, while maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Candidates should possess experience in retail or grocery management and be capable of performing physical activities, including lifting weights of up to 55 lbs. Effective communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential to facilitate efficient store operations and enhance team productivity.
