Applicants should possess an associate degree in maintenance or similar experience, alongside a minimum of two years in automation technology and material handling equipment. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to interpret technical schematics and have familiarity with PLC control systems and safety measures such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
