Job description
The Maintenance Technician II plays a crucial role in conducting maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities to uphold the safety and comfort of residents. This position involves working in partnership with various departments to facilitate operational requirements and to care for the community’s outdoor areas. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid Indiana driver’s license. The job necessitates the physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to execute tasks that involve bending, crawling, and climbing.
