The maintenance technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing machinery and facility systems to ensure optimal performance. They will also manage preventative maintenance programs, maintain inventory, and collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with maintenance tools and measuring devices are required.
