Job description
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in implementing a preventative maintenance strategy to keep the facility and its surroundings clean, safe, and in optimal working condition. This position also involves maintaining thorough documentation for all systems and supporting residents during their move-in process. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with prior experience in either an assisted living setting or the construction industry. A valid driver’s license and a solid understanding of OSHA regulations are essential for this role.
