**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with diagnosing issues, carrying out repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility systems. This role includes maintaining detailed maintenance records, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Essential qualifications include strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as the capacity to interpret technical manuals and blueprints effectively.
