Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Carry out regular preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to guarantee the safety and operational efficiency of the property. Address maintenance requests in guest rooms and common areas while meticulously documenting activities and collaborating with external contractors. A minimum of 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a hotel or commercial setting is necessary, alongside a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have flexible availability for emergency on-call duty.
