**Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in executing routine repairs and upkeep in guest rooms, common areas, and service facilities. This position requires the individual to keep all equipment, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components, in compliance with manufacturer guidelines while following safety regulations and preventative maintenance procedures. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in hotel maintenance, construction, or a similar discipline. A high school diploma or GED is essential, alongside the ability to utilize construction tools and maintenance management software effectively.
