**Job Title: HVAC Technician**
Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructures. You will address service requests, oversee inventory management, and take part in on-call emergency response duties. Applicants must possess an HVAC certification (Type 2 or EPA Universal) and have a minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience. Physical stamina to carry out demanding tasks is required, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
