Job description
The Service Technician plays a key role in ensuring the property remains visually appealing and functions efficiently by conducting daily repairs and preparing units. This position requires handling emergency maintenance calls outside regular hours and managing general upkeep of the grounds. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of applicable maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidates will also have certifications such as EPA Type II, CAMT, or CPO, along with a high school diploma or GED.
