Job description
**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting regular building repairs, ensuring facility maintenance, and executing preventive upkeep in multiple clinic locations. The role encompasses tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, painting, plumbing, carpentry work, and overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be capable of lifting weights between 50 to 75 pounds.
