**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining both production and facility equipment to guarantee smooth operational performance. This position involves conducting preventative maintenance, addressing maintenance requests, and recording advancements in processes, all while following established safety guidelines. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a production setting. Preference will be given to candidates who hold technical certifications in electrical, robotics, mechanical, or fabrication disciplines.
