This position involves working in tandem with operators and other maintenance personnel to identify and solve mechanical challenges as well as to develop strategies for persistent issues. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a maintenance or manufacturing setting, along with the capability to read and understand intricate technical diagrams. Expertise in using shop tools, precision measurement instruments, and industrial electrical and mechanical systems is essential.
