**Maintenance Technician**
The Maintenance Technician undertakes specialized tasks related to the upkeep, repair, and construction of facility infrastructures, equipment, and medical fixtures. Key responsibilities consist of evaluating facilities, addressing work requests, and keeping detailed records of preventative maintenance activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building trades. A valid driver’s license from Nevada and the capability to execute physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, are essential.
