Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mirasol Family Health Center located in Hermiston, Oregon. This is a full-time position that requires an onsite presence. In this role, you will be an integral part of our healthcare organization, contributing to the maintenance and smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is safe and operational.
- Manage building security and access control, ensuring a secure environment for staff and patients.
- Assist with varied maintenance activities as needed by the organization.
- Participate in routine inspections and repairs of equipment and infrastructure.
- Support other miscellaneous duties that arise in the maintenance of the center.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
