**Job Title: Technician**
The technician will be tasked with the regular upkeep, repair, and enhancement of systems within commercial buildings, covering areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical elements. They will also be involved in the installation and preventive care of industrial overhead doors and their operating mechanisms. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate expertise in a minimum of two trades, including HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Furthermore, candidates must have at least six months to one year of experience in the installation of commercial overhead doors.
