Job Summary
The primary role involves conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems, aiming to reduce downtime. The technician will also provide support to operators regarding minor maintenance challenges and ensure that all repairs, calibrations, and testing procedures are accurately documented.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on various equipment and facility systems.
- Perform corrective maintenance to address and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Assist operators with minor maintenance issues as they arise.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, calibrations, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated strong mechanical reasoning abilities.
- Capability to handle physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience working in a dynamic manufacturing setting is preferred.
